Shipping
We utilize USPS for Domestic and International Shipping.We periodically analyze our shipping methods in order to provide you with the lowest shipping cost possible. Our shipping charts are only estimates. We will take great care to ensure shipping costs are kept as low as possible. International Rates vary greatly, therefore if there is a variance from the shipping chart at checkout, actual shipping charges will apply. Likewise, if we find we are able to send your package(s) at a lower cost than shown at checkout, we will adjust the shipping charges before processing your payment.

**Shipping for Bulky Items such as Flannel and Wide Fabrics will require an adjustment to the shipping charge. Actual shipping charges apply.

**SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE REDUCED IF THE ORDER FITS INTO A SMALLER PACKAGE! ALL ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE PRIOR TO CHARGING YOUR ACCOUNT! MINIMUM SHIPPING CHARGE IS $3.00**

Please note: Approximately 7 Yards of Cotton(not including bulky items like flannel)Fabric will fit into a Flat Rate Envelope(Domestic and International)

WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY ORDERS TO NIGERIA OR VENEZUELA.

**A Final word on shipping....our shipping prices per tier may seem a little higher than other shops, but because our prices are low, you are getting a lot more fabric within a certain dollar amount. For instance, when paying $9 per yard at other sites, at a $36 total you are only getting 4 yards of fabric. When purchasing with us, with a $36 total you may be getting 6-10 yards of fabric. We will always be fair and lower the shipping cost if possible($3 minimum applies).**

Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Cards are accepted. If paying by check or money order, products will be shipped within 3 business days after payment has cleared our bank.

Quality
We guarantee that all of our fabrics are purchased from the manufacturer as first quality goods. We make every effort to check every fabric cut before it is shipped. Should we come across a bolt or piece of fabric that we find a problem with, we will not send it out. In some cases if the problem appears very minor, we may contact the customer and offer an additional discount. If the problem is more severe, we will withhold shipment of that piece and return the entire bolt to the manufacturer.

Fabric Cuts
We take great care to cut your fabric accurately and neatly. We will add at least a 1/4"(inch) to each cut to allow for slight shrinkage.

Availability
All orders are filled on a first come first served basis. Every effort is made to remove or reorder all fabrics that have sold out as quickly as possible, but in many cases once a fabric is gone we do not have the ability to order more of the same fabric. We will notify you if we have run out of a fabric that you have ordered.

Return Policy
Our #1 Priority is your satisfaction. All orders are carefully cut with accuracy to ensure you will receive the correct yardage. Your order is then packaged to arrive neatly and secure. We will gladly refund or replace any incorrect or defective item provided that you return the item(s) in the same state in which you received them (must NOT be washed or cut, no cigarette or other odors, etc). Please inspect your order upon receipt, as returns MUST be received within 21 days of the shipping date of your order. We stand by the high quality of our products and service. If we have made a mistake in your order, or if you receive a defective item, we will gladly issue to you a full refund or replacement upon receipt and verification of the item.
If you receive something and decide you don't want it after all you may return it and we will provide you with one exchange item or credit you for the cost of the item, not including shipping costs.

All of your personal information including your credit card data will be encrypted, which prevents it from being intercepted over the Internet.
